Professional Tesla Window Tinting in Crofton, MD
XPEL Window Tint for Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X
Tesla window tinting from Rise N Shine Detail, Tint, & PPF Studio brings comfort, privacy, and a sleek, finished look to your car. Our Crofton, MD studio installs XPEL window tint on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X vehicles, matching the right film to the way you drive.
Tesla designs its cars with generous amounts of glass. The extra glass also gives the sun plenty of room to heat up your cabin. During a humid Maryland summer, a parked Tesla can get uncomfortably hot in minutes. Quality window tint cuts down on that heat, reduces glare, and blocks UV rays before they reach you, your passengers, or your interior.
Our team has served drivers across Crofton since 2012 and is fully trained in XPEL products.

Signal-Friendly Tint for a Connected Car
Your Tesla relies on wireless signals for everything from navigation and streaming to using your phone as a key. All three of our XPEL films are made without metal, so they will not interfere with GPS, radio, cellular, or Bluetooth reception.
Our Tesla Window Tint Installation Process
Step 1
Glass Preparation
We start by cleaning every window inside and out, removing dust and residue so nothing gets trapped beneath the film.
Step 2
Precise Fitment
Several Tesla models use frameless door glass, which leaves the top edge of each window exposed. We take extra care to keep those edges clean and even, so the tint looks factory-finished from every angle. Our film is cut and hand-applied to match your specific model.
Step 3
Application
Each piece is applied carefully, with water and air worked out to leave a smooth, clear finish.
Step 4
Curing and Care
Tint needs a few days to fully cure. We will let you know how long to keep your windows up and share simple care tips before you head home.
Maryland Window Tint Laws for Tesla Owners
Maryland sets clear limits on how dark your tint can be. Tint added after manufacturing must let at least 35% of light through the windows beside the driver, and passenger cars must meet that same 35% standard on every window. Rules can differ slightly based on how a vehicle is registered, and darker tint is not allowed below the AS1 line on the windshield. Our team stays current on these ules and will help you choose shades that keep your Tesla street legal
